Today, as I’m trying to stop eating chicken (already stopped eating pork and beef), I realize mushrooms, especially fried portabella mushrooms, aren’t all bad. However, eating them fried is not healthy. Is it the cooking oil that’s terrible, because potato chips ( I love) are fried in oil also. If I stopped the chips (since I can’t control what oils are in the chips)and soda (because of the sugar content) and changed to grape-seed or avocado oil for my mushrooms, would that make a difference? I’m Just wondering. But what a dilemma, (with my health issues) or is it? Chips, soda, and fried mushrooms. Until the next blog, be blessed.
