My Type 2 Diabetes

My Type 2 Diabetes
I always want to be transparent when I am talking about any of my illnesses because what’s the point of blogging if I’m not honest?
My physical revealed disappointing A1c results (7.5) a few months ago.
Overall, I thought I was doing okay with my exceptional morning sugars. I knew I needed to tweak my food choices. However, I hoped my A1c would have been lower than it was.
While I’ve had diabetes for a while, my condition is improving, though not as much as it should. I am hopefully going to find a support group, but in the meantime, I am still on my insulin and my doctor put me on a higher dose of Ozempic, and in 3 months, I will revisit my A1c with my doctor. I still need to re-tweak my food choices. My other problem is exercising; I continue to struggle with exercising. I have long realized that if I don’t exercise in the morning, I will not do it later.
Although this blog isn’t as upbeat as I would have liked, I am a survivor. I am going to get my type 2 diabetes under control before it kills me because you know it will!
Until the next Blog, Be Blessed.
