You Pray

As parents, we can find it painful to watch our children make choices that remind us of our past mistakes. And what’s worse, they refuse to listen to the wisdom shared.

I was remembering that I am where I am today because my loved ones kept praying for me, and they kept loving me. They trusted God.

So my Pray is:

Lord, give me the same patience with my children that you gave my loved ones for me. Help me to speak in love. Help me to know when to be silent. Keep reminding me that you are working in their lives, like you are working in mine. I love you, Lord, and I trust you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
